As every year, the first weekend in September, Cambrils streets are filled with smoke, color, fire, giants, rockets, drums and live music. The 25th edition of the Nit del Foc (Night of Fire) of Cambrils is a night party full of magic that marks the beginning of the festival of El Camí.

Organized by the colla de gegants Tota L’Endenga and the parties department of Ajuntament de Cambrils, the Nit del Foc was born in 1991 linked to gegants festival meeting but was established as an annual event with its own personality.

Over these 25 years, the Nit del Foc, has been consolidated becoming a benchmark for the city of Cambrils with its diversity and show that each year more people decide to discover.

And, at this time, Cambrils is an ideal destination for a holiday, organize a getaway and discover its streets, interesting corners, do some route or simply unwind in its idyllic beaches.

Plaça de la Vila is the place chosen by the 25th of the Nit del Foc of Cambrils to enjoy the performances of children’s correfoc with Colla Infantil dels Diables del Catllar (Tarragonès), Malsons de la Vella de Gràcia (Barcelonès) and the Diables Infantils els Cagarrieres de Cambrils. After the correfoc all children who have participated in the correfocs can enjoy a hot chocolate with coca accompanied by the group’s performance Tota L’Endenga and the children’s section of Cop de Cap.

From midnight, the Orchestra Allioli and  Strombers group will fill the Parc del Pinaret with musica and dance festival, which is just 8 minutes walk from the Hotel Fonda El Camí.

But the celebration does not end here, at 22: 00h will take place the concentration of the groups participating in the correfoc in honor of the 25th anniversary of the Nit del Foc of Cambrils.
The correfoc organized by Tota L’Endenga with devils and beasts of the various groups spread throughout Catalonia will start at 22:30 pm in the Plaça de la Villa, filling the streets of the old town with the smell of gunpowder sound of firecrackers and ended in the Plaça del Setge with special fireworks.
